The famous Bollywood actress and Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2006, Jacqueline Fernandez recently launched an initiative to save a life, society, and the environment under the umbrella of her YOLO (You Live Only Once) Foundation. This initiative was named YOLO Saves.
It has been a year since the YOLO Foundation has gained momentum and become a huge success. Apart from being a renowned personality as a Bollywood star, her social work is also bringing her appreciation.
The actress recently shared a heartfelt video of her spending some quality time with the underprivileged. Jacqueline in one of her interviews revealed that she believes in the ideology that every human has equal rights and most importantly the right to live happily.
She further shared, “You live only once, but each passing day you have a power and an opportunity to save lives. After receiving all the love and warmth and having a successful year for the YOLO Foundation, we are happy to announce our next initiative, YOLO Saves.”
She also appeals to the audience through her message to join hands to save lives. To save humanity, and to save the environment. Let’s work together for YOLO Saves!

The YOLO foundation was started amidst the pandemic to share some positive stories with the world. The objective was to spread positivity and strength amongst all the despair that the pandemic had brought. During the pandemic and floods, the foundation partnered with other NGOs to extend relief aid and support. YOLO has also been working for the betterment of stray animals.

Adding to this, the foundation has also adopted 40 girls (Shalinis) and is working on building a better future for them by ensuring that they receive proper education and other necessities to conquer their dreams. The good things do not end here, the foundation under Jacqueline’s leadership has also adopted a couple of villages and donated for the wellbeing of its people.
With so much good, Jacqueline Fernandez has been instrumental in contributing to a positive change. While she is doing her part for the society, she has also completed some recent projects that include Bachchan Pandey and Ram Setu with Akshay Kumar, Attack Part 1 with John Abraham, and Rakul Preet Singh, and she will also be seen in Kick 2 with Salman Khan.
